About Us
Voge Boutique began in 2013 as a single storefront on the north side of San Antonio. We started with a simple goal: to offer well-made everyday clothing without the markups you find in department stores.
After years of buying for our shop, we noticed the same problem online: product pages rarely said enough about fit, fabric weight, or how a piece actually wears. So we brought our storefront approach to the web, with detailed descriptions and honest recommendations.

Our Approach
We serve women who dress for real weeks rather than photo shoots: work, school runs, dinners out, and Texas heat most of the year. Our range stays deliberately narrow so we can vouch for every piece.
We emphasize natural fabrics, sizes that run true, and prices that make sense for clothes worn weekly rather than once. We would rather carry forty pieces we know well than four hundred we do not.

Shipping Policy
We ship to the United States via USPS. Orders are processed within 2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Shipping costs $8 for US orders, but shipping is free on orders over $35. We cover any duties for our shipments.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee. To start a return, email us with your order number and reason, and we will provide a return authorization.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Privacy Policy
Voge Boutique is the data controller. We collect information such as your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, order and return history, payment authorization result (not full card number), and browsing and cart activity.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, complete checkout, measure site performance and errors, and understand traffic sources. We share data with third-party processors such as PayPal and USPS to process payments and deliver orders.
We retain order and tax records for 7 years as required by Texas and IRS rules. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, then removed within 30 days.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing [email protected] from the address used on your order. We confirm your identity by matching the request to an existing order and respond within 30 days.
Deletion requests are honored except for order, invoice, and tax records we are legally required to keep for 7 years. You may also ask us to stop using your details for marketing at any time, which takes effect within 5 business days.
Legal Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bexar County, Texas.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first at [email protected]. Most issues are resolved within 30 days. If not, disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Bexar County, Texas. Either party may instead bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. Claims are brought on an individual basis; class or representative proceedings are not available.
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas or United States federal law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I start a return? Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return within 30 days of delivery. We reply within 24 hours with a return authorization number and the return address in San Antonio, TX. Please do not ship items back before receiving that authorization.
What items are not returnable? Final sale and clearance items, opened intimate apparel and swimwear, pierced jewelry, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Do you offer exchanges? Yes, we exchange the same item in a different size or color once per order, within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Email us the order number and the size you need; we send a prepaid return label and cover the outbound shipping on the replacement. If the size you want is out of stock, we issue a refund instead. Exchanges are not available on final sale items.
